These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of husheva.com (the “Site”), operated by SCALEBRIDGE LLC (trading as Husheva), 2105 Vista Oeste NW, Ste E 1185, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87120, United States under the brand name Husheva (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By browsing the Site or placing an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or access accounts, systems or data without authorisation.

2. Products and pricing

Products are subject to availability. We work to keep prices and descriptions accurate, but errors can occur. Where there is an obvious error, such as an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Orders and payment

By placing an order you agree to pay the total shown at checkout. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details. Every purchase is a one-time transaction: there are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

5. Health disclaimer

Our products are consumer wellness products. They are not medical devices, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, including sleep apnea, and they are not a substitute for CPAP therapy or any treatment prescribed to you. If you have or suspect a medical condition, consult a physician. Do not use our devices if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, if you are pregnant, or if you have a diagnosed heart condition, without medical advice. Not intended for anyone under 18.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the Site available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCALEBRIDGE LLC (trading as Husheva) is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on the Site, with its update date, is the one in force.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Where you deal with us as a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence may also apply.
