Frequently Asked Questions

Does it actually work?

It works on the muscular cause of snoring, which is the most common one. It will not fix snoring caused by a deviated septum, severe congestion or an anatomical obstruction. That's the honest answer, and it's why we give you sixty nights to find out on your own body instead of asking you to trust a number in an ad.

Will I feel the stimulation?

A light tingle for the first minute or two while you settle. After that, most people don't notice it. It is not painful and it will not wake you up.

How long does one patch last?

About ten nights, then the adhesive stops gripping properly. Your device arrives with one patch, so plan on a refill box within your first couple of weeks.

I use a CPAP. Is this for me?

Hush does not replace a CPAP and does not treat sleep apnea. If a doctor prescribed you a CPAP, keep following that advice. Hush is for people who snore and haven't been diagnosed with a medical condition.

Can I travel with it?

That's one of the better reasons to own it. It's 28 grams and pocket-sized. No machine to pack, no mask to explain, nothing to declare at security. Hotel rooms, camping trips and your in-laws' spare room are all covered.

My partner snores, not me. Can I buy it for them?

Most of our orders are exactly that. It helps to hand it over as "let's try this" rather than "you have a problem" — the second version tends not to end well.

We both snore.

The Couples Pack has two devices, and it's cheaper than buying them separately.

How long does shipping take?

Typically two to four weeks to arrive. Every order ships with a tracking number and we email it to you the moment it's on its way.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Email us within 60 nights and we refund you in full. You don't have to argue your case and you don't have to ship anything back.

Is it safe?

For most healthy adults, yes. Do not use Hush if you have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, if you are pregnant, or if you have a diagnosed heart condition — check with your doctor first. It is not intended for anyone under 18.
