Husheva ships across the United States.
How long it takes
Processing: 2 to 4 business days from the moment you order.
Delivery: typically 2 to 4 weeks in total, door to door.
We'd rather tell you that up front than promise you three days and disappoint you. Our devices ship from our manufacturing partner, which is what keeps the price at a fraction of what a machine costs — the trade-off is that it takes longer than a domestic warehouse.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. If it hasn't moved in a while, that's usually customs — it's normal, and it clears.
If something goes wrong
If your package is late, stuck or simply never turns up, email us at info@husheva.com before you do anything else. We will find it, replace it, or refund it. You do not need to open a dispute with your bank to get this resolved — we'd much rather fix it ourselves and keep you as a customer.
Costs and duties
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. In rare cases import duties may apply; those are set by customs, not by us.
